ATS CM4D Peruse is a web application that uses the ATS CM4D Results Database and allows a user to view results data in a 3D viewer. The primary target user is a Quality Engineer. The 3D viewer is augmented with various reporting controls, such as grids and charts. Statistical analysis is available, as in CM4D, to provide basic shop floor SPC (standard deviation, mean, Cp/Cpk, Trends, Process Control, etc.). Core features: - Flexible and fast search for routines and features via full text search - Rich selection of sample data - Analysis of results via various diagrams and tables ## Find Data Find data using a free text search. Enter identifying information such as Routine label, part name, part model, filters, etc. **Routine Properties:** - Routine Label - Routine Description - Routine Alias - Routine Filters - Routine Type - Routine DataSource Filter **Advanced Search Configuration** Choose which fields are included in the search. Can be enabled/disabled per user, but must have at least one field enabled. ## Favorites Many times a user looks for the same data or part over and over again. To make it easy to return to your frequently searched data, you can mark a search result as a “Favorite”. Those favorites appear on the landing page for easy access. ## View Data in 3D Show the loaded nominal data on a 3D model in a fully interactive 3D viewer. The viewer includes a toolbar for manipulating the 3D model, including a cutting plane, display modes, transparency, etc. Features selected on the 3D model are highlighted in other areas of the interface, such as the grids or the trend chart. Collapse other panels to give more space for the 3D model. Feature markers are loaded in the 3D viewer and can be selected/manipulated even if there is no 3D model available. Feature markers have additional quality settings that can be adjusted for optimal performance. ## Load Sample Data Defaults to load the last 30 Samples. Loads Samples based on selected load method into the grids. Sample Filters with full query building capability. ## Summary Reports A summary of information on the loaded data: - Number of Features In or Out of Tolerance - Percent of Features In Tolerance - Number of Samples Loaded - First Sample - Date and Label - Last Sample - Date and Label - Total Results - Total Features ## View Data in Grid A tabbed grid area for Routines, Features, Samples, Processes and Results. - Filter/Sort Data - Show Results - Highlighting Data - Search in Grid - Select Data for Report ## Synchronized Data Synchronization between grids, 3D Viewer and report. ## Feature Markers Options for feature markers: - Custom Marker Types - Standard Marker - Low Resolution - High Resolution. Each of the settings may effect load performance. Custom Types: - Surface - Hole - Slot - XYZ Standard and types without a custom marker: - Sphere ## Process Evaluation Color-coded feature markers in the 3D Viewer, grid cells and points on the Trend chart. Points out of tolerance are red, within tolerance are green. ## Trend Reports Trend Report shows selected Result(s). ## User Permissions All permissions and user profile data is managed using ATS Security Manager. ## User Profiles Each user has an account with a profile that saves settings such as language, theme, logout and change password options.
